Where airport policy allows it. When gate access isn't permitted, your greeter waits at the nearest allowed point and we'll tell you exactly where in advance.
International arrivals pass through a controlled customs and immigration area that no greeter service can enter in the U.S. We meet you the moment you clear that area.
Availability depends on the airport and your ticket class. We'll always tell you upfront whether it applies to your trip — never a blanket promise.
